Select Canvas and Check Tide
Locate a broad, flat expanse of firm, moist sand exposed between the high-tide mark and the receding water line. Ensure the tide is dropping so your workspace remains dry for at least 90 minutes. Test foot firmness by stepping down; feet should sink no more than half an inch.

Clear and Smooth the Sand Canvas
