📋 Step-by-Step Guide (6 Steps)
Map the Board Trait Distribution
Place all 24 character tiles in the upright position on your game board. On a sheet of paper, list all prominent visual traits (hats, glasses, facial hair, hair color, baldness) and count how many characters share each trait on your specific board edition.

Construct 50-Percent Compound Questions
Design compound 'OR' questions by combining unrelated, mutually exclusive traits so the total positive match equals exactly 12 characters. For example, combine characters with glasses (5) plus characters with hats (5) plus female characters without hats/glasses (2) to target exactly half the remaining board.
