โš ๏ธ Safety Checkpoints & Warnings

๐Ÿ“‹ Step-by-Step Guide (6 Steps)

1

Sketch the Main Wedge Shape

Place your paper vertically and use an HB pencil to draw a tall triangle with softly rounded top and side corners. Make the bottom line gently curved downward rather than completely flat to give the ice cream a natural, juicy curve.

๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Camera AI Checkpoint
  • โ€ข A soft, rounded triangle shape centered in the upper two-thirds of the page.
๐Ÿ›‘ Watch Out For
  • โ€ข Drawing sharp, pointy corners instead of soft, rounded edges.
โš ๏ธ Safety Note: Keep pencil grip relaxed without pushing down too hard into the paper.
2

Add the Watermelon Rind Bands

Draw two parallel curved lines across the bottom of the triangle following the curve of the base. The first strip creates the white/light-green inner rind layer, and the bottom section forms the dark green outer rind.

๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Camera AI Checkpoint
  • โ€ข Two stacked horizontal curved strips running along the entire bottom edge of the triangle.
๐Ÿ›‘ Watch Out For
  • โ€ข Making the rind stripes straight across instead of following the curved base.
โš ๏ธ Safety Note: Ensure the drawing paper sits flat so it does not slip while drawing curves.
3

Draw the Wooden Popsicle Stick

Draw two straight vertical lines extending downward from the center of the dark green bottom rind. Connect them at the bottom with a smooth semi-circle to complete the rounded wooden stick handle.

๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Camera AI Checkpoint
  • โ€ข A centered, rounded rectangular stick protruding from the bottom of the wedge.
๐Ÿ›‘ Watch Out For
  • โ€ข Drawing the stick off-center or too thin to balance the wide popsicle top.
โš ๏ธ Safety Note: None.
4

Draw the Kawaii Cute Face

Inside the main wedge area, draw two large circles for the eyes with two tiny white highlight circles inside each. Place a small, curved 'U' shape between the eyes for a smiling mouth, and add two tiny horizontal ovals beneath the eyes for rosy cheeks.

๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Camera AI Checkpoint
  • โ€ข Two expressive cartoon eyes, a central smile, and blush marks centered on the wedge.
๐Ÿ›‘ Watch Out For
  • โ€ข Placing the facial features too high up near the tip instead of in the center.
โš ๏ธ Safety Note: None.
5

Sketch the Watermelon Seeds

Add four to six small teardrop shapes scattered in the empty spaces above and beside the eyes. Point the narrow tips of each teardrop upward to make them look like classic watermelon seeds embedded in the ice cream.

๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Camera AI Checkpoint
  • โ€ข Evenly spaced teardrop seed shapes around the top and sides of the face.
๐Ÿ›‘ Watch Out For
  • โ€ข Drawing too many large seeds that clutter the face area.
โš ๏ธ Safety Note: None.
6

Ink the Outlines and Color

Trace all pencil lines with a black washable marker and fill in the eyes and seeds black, leaving the eye highlights white. Color the top section bright red or pink, the middle rind stripe light green, the bottom rind dark green, and the popsicle stick light brown.

๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Camera AI Checkpoint
  • โ€ข Bold black outlines with clean, solid vibrant colors across the red fruit, green rinds, and tan stick.
๐Ÿ›‘ Watch Out For
  • โ€ข Inking over pencil lines before deciding which lines to keep, causing smudges.
โš ๏ธ Safety Note: Keep marker caps securely attached to the back of the pens so small parts are not lost.
